Work and interests
A language nerd with over ten years of experience in brand work in varied sectors and different products translating and providing services in communication. I want to work with words and visual elements. If work includes the sustainable development of the society – even better!
I am dedicated and meticulous, and always keep in mind client’s objectives and tailor my work accordingly. Storytelling is something I learned from the brand agency Gut Studio and have utilised it ever since. It’s either an essential element in a project or acts as a backbone informing and guiding my work.
I’ve worked on website contents as well as making project presentations sound more attractive to help the pitch. Working on contracts has given me the opportunity to delve into delicious details. I also enjoy the opportunities where I have been able to combine my language nerdiness with my other passion, the visual aspects in communication.
Seven years of experience in creating social media content building a social media presence and attracting new members for a sports club.
Combining writing with visual elements is something I want to pursue further.
I have lots of experience in the fashion. I take into account people’s needs in finding the style or garment the customer is looking for. I enjoy seeing them feel and look good in the process. Working in a big clothing store was a learning curve that taught me so much about customer care and dealing with people.
I have worked both as a stylist’s and photographer’s assistant in fashion shoots taking care of clothes or equipment, taking part in planning, taking notes to help write the editorial and making sure everything goes smoothly.
I’m a Finnish language nerd willing to move abroad for work.
I have worked for a couple of years as a fitness instructor (kickboxing and fitness boxing classes). I tailored the class, its exercises and music to make people have fun while working up a sweat. I took into consideration gym members’ goals and individual abilities making sure everyone feels good in my class.
I’ve been training Krav Maga since 2016 and in 2021 I got my FEKM Instructor’s Diploma. I instruct in Finland and abroad.
Outside work my holy trinity is martial arts, chocolate and stand up comedy.

I’m not pretending everything is cinnamon buns and rainbows. I want to be real and honest. After lots of failures, I want a new beginning.

Hobbies and random tidbits
I have trained Krav Maga since 2016. I have a brown belt and now I’m working towards getting my black belt. In 2021, I added a new element to my training when I got my FEKM Instructor’s Diploma.
My hobbies include BJJ – such a fun pastime with no pressure (and, yet, with lots of pressure!) and big laughs!
I’m a huge stand up nerd. I am constantly twirling words in my mind, and I enjoy clever people playing with words out loud.
Chocolate is life.
